About
The name on the door is my daughter’s.
I started this company in 2021 and learned every part of it the honest way — on my knees in other people’s kitchens, keeping my word one house at a time. I got certified, built a client list, and named the business after my oldest daughter, Haven. When your child’s name is on the work, you don’t cut corners.
Life tested that. I’ve rebuilt this business through the busiest, hardest seasons a person can have — including becoming a nana, the best one — and the clients from my very first year are the reason I never quit. They stayed. Years later, they’re still texting me their gate codes.
The work itself taught me range. I’ve kept weekly family homes humming for years, detailed flip houses alongside contractors before reveal day, and pulled construction dust out of brand-new builds that looked clean from the doorway and weren’t. Different jobs, same discipline: top to bottom, floors last, walk every room before you leave.
Today it’s still my hands, my standards, and my phone number. Every job gets the same promise I made in year one: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something’s not right, tell me — I’ll make it right.

The first houses
Havens Touch opens in Pecan Grove — one cleaner, her own supplies, and a promise: done right, or made right. The company takes its name from Yalanda's oldest daughter, Haven.

Two Savvy Cleaner certifications in the first year — equipment cleaning & sanitization, and maintenance vs. deep cleaning. Training nobody requires, earned anyway.
The hard seasons
Rebuilt, not restarted
Life tested the business through the busiest, hardest seasons a person can have. The clients from year one stayed through all of it — and their loyalty is why the company never stopped.
Today
Four cities, one standard
Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and Katy — homes, make-readies, and light commercial. Still owner-operated, still the same phone number, still the same guarantee from year one.

The standards behind the standard
Your home, learned
The same person every visit means the quirks get known — the door that sticks, the counter that collects mail, how you like the pillows. Familiarity is a feature.
The word kept
Quotes are flat, windows are honest, and the day-before confirmation text always comes. Small reliabilities, kept for years, are the whole reputation.
Standards without shortcuts
Baseboards by hand, floors last, the final walk of every room. Nothing ships looking 'good enough' — the name on the company doesn't allow it.
Straight answers
If a deep clean isn't needed, you'll hear that. If something's outside scope, it's said upfront. The honest answer is sometimes the cheaper clean — you'll get it anyway.
