Your first cleaning visit: exactly what to expect
By Yalanda Wilson, owner — Havens Touch Housekeeping

Before the visit
The quote happens by text: beds, baths, city, what you need — photos help. You'll get a flat number and a realistic window, usually within a day. Entry is whatever you're comfortable with: home, a code, a lockbox, a neighbor. Most clients aren't home, and that's normal.
Prep worth doing: put away things you'd rather we not decide about (papers, valuables) and note anything off-limits. Prep NOT worth doing: cleaning before the cleaner. Tidying so we can reach surfaces helps; scrubbing defeats the purpose of hiring us.
During the visit
We bring everything — supplies and equipment. If you want a specific product used (a favorite floor cleaner, a no-bleach rule, a scent), leave it out with a note and it's your product we'll use. Most homes start around 9 and finish by 3; deep cleans use the fuller window. You'll hear from us when we're wrapping up.
After — and the guarantee
Walk the home. If anything isn't right, say so within a day and we come make it right — that's the 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it's been the promise since 2021. First visits are also where we learn your home: the second visit is always faster and sharper than the first.
